Frequently Asked Questions
We can utilise just about any type of material so long as it’s workable, and of course, fit for purpose according to the design and requirements of the fabricated item. Some materials are prohibitive cost-wise and may therefore be inappropriate for the majority of fabrication projects. Inconel for instance is incredibly hard to machine and is also very expensive, we, therefore, don’t do too much with this type of material.
Yes, we can, we operate a number of different CAD design systems, and our experienced design office has a vast array of projects under their belt. We’ve worked with a huge variety of clients from many diverse sectors of industry to support their needs, solving any possible DFM problems, and ultimately producing a better final result.

We provide coded welding in MIG, TIG and MMA amongst an array of ancillary services including, laser cutting, press brake, sub-assembly and finishing. As well as design consultancy and prototyping we also offer an on-site fitting service, enabling us to design, manufacture and install commissions to our customers’ specifications
